Accessibility
As part of our efforts to reach people with limited mobility and accessibility to NCEMA services, we have designed this website with enhanced features that will ease the experience of dealing with NCEMA.
Following are some of the features on our website that aim to benefit people with different abilities:
- Change colors
- Website Structure
- Zoom Screen
- Reading text
- Change text size
- Alternate text for image
Change colors
If you find it difficult to read a certain text in the given background color combinations, you can easily change colors in your web browser.
Website Structure
NCEMA follows W3C Standards to maintain the website structure, navigation, look and feel.
Zoom Screen
You can use the Zoom option from your browser to enlarge the page. You can change the page size by clicking on the View menu. Then, click on Zoom and adjust the page size according to your needs.
Reading text
For people with visual imparity or others who wish to avoid eyestrain, our portal offers software that will enable you to listen to the content rather than having to read it.
Change text size
If you have difficulty reading the text on our portal, you can increase or decrease the text size by clicking on the 'A+' or 'A-' icons on the top right corner of the webpage.
Alternate text for image
Every image on our website tagged with appropriate description. To read image description, you need to position the mouse over the image.
